Share live location
This week, WhatsApp announced a new feature that allows the Facebook-owned messaging app’s users to share their live location with family and friends in real-time.
WhatsApp users on Android and Apple iOS devices will soon have the option of temporarily sharing their location by selecting the new “Share Live Location” option in WhatsApp. The feature is encrypted end to end encryption for privacy and security, allowing WhatsApp users to decide who they want to share their location with, and for how long.Now, this feature is launched in all android devices new updates.
“Whether you’re meeting up with friends, letting loved ones know you’re safe, or sharing your commute, Live Location is a simple and secure way to let people know where you are,” the company announced about on this post on their blog post.
